So according to right wingers it is okay to divulge Government secrets
as long as it is done in an off hand sort of way. If no harm was intended it is okay to out a CIA officer working on WMD proliferation in Iran.. Is that whaty I am hearing? No one on the right is asking for accountability over this matter. Armitage still has his security clearances and no charges of any sort have been filed to anyone's knowledge. Because it wasn't done in spite it is quite all right.. Secrets we don't need no stinkin' secrets...

1. Of course, you are correct.
If the admin reveals a secret, it is an authorized leak, even if it violates the law.

Hypocritical bastards one and all.

4. heh--you've been listening to Washington Journal again
that was refreshing, wasn't it? Why the fact that we lost our entire Iranian humint team is no big deal at all.

5. Actually no I haven't
But I am sure I am not alone in asking such a basic question. How can they, even using the most twisted logic, excuse this? Secrets were divulged and the right shrugs it's shoulders...and the fact that these secrets were actually really very important secrets doesn't seem to matter one bit. But they have to portrey the New York Times as traitors for writing about a story that Bush* had talked openly about years earlier...

is unsealed.
