I talked to Goodnow for a few minutes earlier this week as I was signing his petition for impeachment. He's a really cool guy.
Veteran collects signatures to impeach president

A Vietnam-era veteran arrived Friday in Norman with a message of peace and impeachment for motorists on the corner of Flood Avenue and Symmes Street.
Jim Goodnow, a member of Veterans for Peace and the committee to impeach the president, is traveling the country on a bus brandishing bumper stickers with the slogan “Impeach Bush” and collecting signatures for a congressional petition to impeach the president.
Since his arrival in Norman, he claims to have gathered donations for the cause and 2,000 signatures for his petition.
“The number one priority is to end the war in Iraq and all areas where our military has been deployed in actions that violate the Geneva conventions and other international treaties of human rights,” Goodnow said. “The next priority is to have Bush impeached.”
