Rummy is giving a dream speech. In it, he speaks from the heart:
"It's not so much that others shouldn't exist, it's that I should exist MORE. Like higher. I'm the cream at the top of the pot and those who would do my bidding right below me. The world is my oyster and when people who are like the dregs at the bottom of everything, maybe because God was making a sick joke or something, . . . well, it more than significantly undermines the effort. It's worse than terrorism in lots of ways. It eats at the very moral fibor of our intestinal strength. What makes us Americans in the first and last place. It's like they want to change us into some blanket-sucking Frenchman (if you can even call that sniveling mass a gender), or something equally worse. Squealing and gushing like a bunch of virulent rodents. . . Too bad I can't ask the Congress for exterminator fees."
