is anyone watching Bill Clinton discuss poverty on CNN ?

i have it on but didn't watch from the start. has anyone already seen it or is watching it ? how is it. i'm going to try to catch it during a repeat.

3. I tuned in in mid-program.

I wasn't expecting to see the Big Dog when I turned on CNN to see if there were news headlines.

The part I caught dealt specifically with Heifer International, the program that provides farm animals, bees, etc., for rural families in the U.S. and around the world. I'm on their mailing list and have always assumed they do good work, but I have never donated. It was helpful to actually see examples of people in the program (in this case, African-American farmers who are raising cattle). I get the impression it's much like Oxfam in that the emphasis is on long-term solutions and empowering people in developing areas.

Clinton was asked for several suggestions for how everyone could help alleviate poverty. Obviously he suggested donations to worthy causes, even in small amounts. The second suggestion was working side by side with impoverished people, perhaps in programs like Habitat for Humanity. I can no longer recall his third suggestion, but it was something doable.

What I wasn't expecting was Dr. Sanjay Gupta to be the interviewer. I thought he only did health features.

Even though he is a millionare, I think he speaks about this issue well.
