In case anyone missed it, Larry Johnson (CIA hero) is a DUer!!!

I'm one of the ones who missed this fact. I ran across a post from him tonight, in a very long thread. Anywho... Mr. Johnson, you can lecture me like I'm a third grader.....all you want. :*

Let's all welcome Mr. Johnson to DU and mayhaps a word of thanks for fighting against the enemies of our democracy (foreign and domestic).

The last time he was here a few months ago, so was a poster with the name "jasonleopold" but the other day, when "jasonleopold" also reappeared after a few months, it came into question whether he was who he claimed to be, so be careful.

One last note on former CIA Analyst Larry Johnson's comment on Democratic Underground that Joseph Wilson received the same information as Jason: Some have questioned whether Larry really wrote the comment, or whether it was an imposter. I e-mailed Larry, and he responded, indeed it was him. He added, Joe heard the same things but not from Jason. If these multiple sources are lying then I certainly hope Jason outs their a*s.

...but I hate to break up this love fest, I don't believe that is the actual "Larry Johnson"....

Can't find his DU sign in, but I believe the real Larry Johnson has had a sign in name that dates back well over a year and has atleast several hundred posts...not "4"....

there's only one Larry Johnson and there's a line between his two names. The number of posts you mention were from quite a while ago. His posts to date I'm sure are much more.

just think sometimes folks on DU get a bit carried away and we have had a lot of disruptors and folks who aren't what they portray themselves to be. I do agree however with everything that he did post regarding the matter and those that want to shred Jason Leopold.

I thought his recent post had a higher number. If you do a search using his name, you'll find there are a number of threads with his name in it...but not necessarily a post by him. Perhaps that's why we think he's been here more often.

I believe it was only 1-2 posts the last time, when his identity was confirmed, and about the same thing this time. Both times he posted, it was in defense of Jason Leopold. I have no reason to believe the poster isn't who he says he is.
