2. I got about half way through and it stopped
I can't reload it, but that was interesting about the back bumper and the secret agents getting removed from that position.
I hadn't seen that part before.

79. I tried to do that and it takes me to another page

that has mention of the JFK but doesn't click into the video. :)

What button do I click when I do the right click? Is it on the page when it opens to the video?

94. Right under the video itself, where it says "download" just right-click
it shouldn't take you to another page when you do that; you should get a pop-up menu of choices (if you're on a PC and using IE).

3. AND LOOK WHO WAS THERE IN DALLAS...
Edited on Sun Sep-03-06 05:03 PM by LaPera
Bush, Nixon, Johnson, Hoover, all in Dallas 11-22-63

Hoover gets a lifetime appointment as head of the FBI from LBJ shortly after JFK assassination.

Also in Dallas that same day...H L Hunt

Hunt funded two right-wing radio shows, Facts Forum and Life Line. He used these radio stations to support the anti-communist campaign of Joseph McCarthy. He also helped to finance the political career of (Texan) Lyndon B. Johnson. A member of the John Birch Society, Hunt was a close friend of Edwin Walker.

"On the eve of the assassination, Hoover and Nixon attended a meeting together at the Dallas home of (ultra-right wing Texan) OIL baron Clint Murchison. Among the subjects discussed at this meeting were the political futures of Hoover and Nixon in the event President Kennedy was assassinated."

http://www.spartacus.schoolnet.co.uk/JFK...

Ex-CIA director Allen Dulles (whom JFK fired) and Republican Arlen Specter & future appointed US President, Republican Gerald Ford, all part of the Warren Commission "investigating" the JFK assassination.

Lifetime appointee, J Edgar Hoover (FBI) plays ball, goes along with the Commission report. (But also let's it be known, CIA-George H W Bush was also in Dallas that day).

http://www.tarpley.net/bush8b.htm

Nixon has George Bush Sr., Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and Richard Armitage in administrative posts during his presidency.

Looks who's in charge now....

4. Perhaps because they were leaving Love Field ?
Edited on Sun Sep-03-06 04:43 PM by hippiechick
... and heading toward a breakfast someplace before the motorcade thru Dealey ? That would be alot of hoofin', even for tip-top shape Secret Service men (who incidentally had been out drinking the night before).

I'm not positive of the distance between points but that would be my guess, because there was an agent who - if you recall - jumped on the trunk and hustled Jackie back into the limo after the first shots were fired. So some had to be close.

Oh and here's something else creepy for ya' ....

A photo taken that day and color enhanced recently, looking toward the knoll, seemingly over the shoulder of Abraham Zapruder, who took the infamous film.

Remember the '3 tramps' who were "arrested" (in the railroad lot behind the knoll) for questioning?

JFK's skull cap.. there had to be more than one shooter, he was first hit from behind through the neck then the 'back' of his head is blown out onto the trunk.. an army sniper on a radio program was asked during the question period at the end of his talk if there was more than one shooter that killed JFK.. he said he was shot from the back then the front.. the dj asked how he knew JFK was shot from the front.. the sniper said.. the brains go that-a-way.. been there done that.

21. The breakfast they went to that morning was in Houston
They flew from Houston to Dallas where JFK was to speak at the Trade Mart. The motorcade that left Dallas' Love Field was going directly to the Trade Mart. If I recall correctly, Clint Hill, the agent who jumped on the trunk of the presidential limo was in the car behind the president.

They had breakfast in Ft. Worth the morning of the assassination, then made the (extremely short) flight from Ft. Worth to Love Field in Dallas.

I'm sure Badgeman was a hired gun. And supposedly 2 of the 'tramps' were id'd as former CIA/Special Ops dudes E. Howard Hunt (Watergate, anyone?) and (____) Harrelson (actor Woody's estranged father).

But definitely, the same crew of Military Industrial thugs that are ruining the country now, are descendants of/taking advice from, those who were involved on Nov 22, 1963.

11. Clinton Hill -- the only Secret Service agent protecting the Kennedys
Hill was the only Agent to leave the follow-up car and attempt to protect those in the Presidential car. He rode spread-eagle over President and Mrs. Kennedy as the limousine raced to Dallas' Parkland Hospital.

from the Warren Commission minutes:

Mr. SPECTER. Did you have any other occasion en route from Love Field to downtown Dallas to leave the followup car and mount that portion of the President's car?

Mr. HILL. I did the same thing approximately four times...The preceding Monday, the President was on a trip in Tampa, Fla., and he requested that the agents not ride on either of those two steps . (Hill, who was not present in Florida, heard this from other agents.)

_____________________

really? why would the prez interfere in his protective services? note that Hill didn't *hear* this himself -- it was the OTHER agents who informed him of the new protocol.

23. The official story has always been that JFK did not want
agents riding on the car and that he was the one who didn't want the "bubble top" put on the limo so that people could see him better. I don't both these items could have been Kennedy's wishes, it's just become hard to believe any part of the official story.

13. Kennedy Assassination - View From Dallas
I am typing this from my condo in Dallas. I am located about half way between where Kennedy was shot and Parkland Hospital. This was amazing. I wonder why this information never surfaced until now. As usual, why has there been no mainstream press attention to this?

I didn't move to Dallas until 22 years after Kennedy was killed and remember being sent home from elementary school early (suburban New York). One of my good friends here got out of school early and was down at Dealy Plaza within 25 minutes of the assassination. He said it still hadn't been cordoned off.

Halliburton Deals Recall Vietnam-Era Controversy
Cheney's Ties to Company Reminiscent of LBJ's Relationships

by John Burnett

All Things Considered, December 24, 2003 · Current criticism over Halliburton's lucrative Iraq contracts has some historians drawing parallels to a similar controversy involving the company during Lyndon B. Johnson's administration.

Nearly 40 years ago, Halliburton faced almost identical charges over its work for the U.S. government in Vietnam -- allegations of overcharging, sweetheart contracts from the White House and war profiteering. Back then, the company's close ties to President Johnson became a liability. Today -- as NPR's John Burnett reports in the last of a three-part series -- Halliburton seems to be distancing itself from its former chief executive officer, Vice President Dick Cheney.

The story of Halliburton's ties to the White House dates back to the 1940s, when a Texas firm called Brown & Root constructed a massive dam project near Austin. The company's founders, Herman and George Brown, won the contract to build Mansfield Dam thanks to the efforts of Johnson, who was then a Texas congressman.

After Johnson took over the Oval Office, Brown & Root won contracts for huge construction projects for the federal government.
By the mid-1960s, newspaper columnists and the Republican minority in Congress began to suggest that the company's good luck was tied to its sizable contributions to Johnson's political campaign.

35. A very obscure, out-of-print book examines that tie closely.
It's called "A Texan Looks at Lyndon: A Study in Illegitimate Power," by J. Evetts Haley. LBJ's ties to Brown & Root go back WAY before the assassination, and there's some evidence that other criminal acts (up to and including murder) happened over the years. LBJ wasn't alone; Ralph Yarborough was part of that gang, too.

They were one dirty, evil bunch of politicians, and I'm ashamed they ever called themselves democrats.

113. Yes, read "Means of Ascent". The Blueprint for the 2000 stolen election
Reading about Johnson's Senate campaign in Texas, with Brown & Root (later Halliburton) sending him all over the state in their company planes, funding his campaign prolifically, and then the details of the "contested" election which included getting a court to rule that that ballots should not be counted or recounted, is where Karl Rove must've learned how to steal an election.

It was a shock to me about how much of a blueprint it was for Election 2000.

"Means of Ascent" is the second in a trilogy about LBJ.

To this date, he has brought the only public prosecution in
the Kennedy killing.

I submit to you that what took place
on November 22, 1963 was a coup
d'etat. Its most direct and tragic
result was a reversal of President
Kennedy's commitment to withdraw
from Vietnam. War is the biggest
business in America worth $80 billion
a year. The President was murdered
by a conspiracy planned in advance
at the highest levels of the United
States government and carried out by
fanatical and disciplined Cold
Warriors in the Pentagon and CIA's
covert operations apparatus

- among
them Clay Shaw here before you. It
was a public execution and it was
covered up by like - minded
individuals in the Dallas Police
Department, the Secret Service, the
FBI, and the White House - all the
way up to and including J. Edgar
Hoover and Lyndon Johnson, whom I
consider accomplices after the fact.

There is a very simple way to
determine if I am being paranoid
here.

Let's ask the two men who have
profited the most from the
assassination - your former President
Lyndon Baines Johnson and your new
President, Richard Nixon - to release
51 CIA documents pertaining to Lee
Oswald and Jack Ruby, or the secret
CIA memo on Oswald's activities in
Russia that was "destroyed" while
being photocopied. All these
documents are yours - the people's
property - you pay for it, but because
the government considers you children
who might be too disturbed to face
this reality, because you might lynch
those involved.
Only four days after J.F.K. was shot,
Lyndon Johnson signed National
Security Memo 273, which essentially
reversed Kennedy's new withdrawal
policy and gave the green light to
the covert operations against North
Vietnam that provoked the Gulf of
Tonkin incident. In that document
lay the Vietnam War.

Could the Mob change the parade route, Bill, or eliminate the protection for the President?

Could the Mob send Oswald to Russia and get him back?

Could the Mob get the FBI, the CIA, and the Dallas Police to make a mess of the investigation? Could the Mob appoint the Warren commission to cover it up? Could the Mob wreck the autopsy?

Could the Mob influence the national media to go to sleep?
And since when has the Mob used anything but .38's for hits, up close? The Mob wouldn't have the guts or the power for something of this magnitude. Assassins need payrolls, orders, times, schedules. This was a military-style ambush from start to finish... a coup d'etat with Lyndon Johnson waiting in the wings.

Oh, now you're saying Lyndon Johnson
was involved? The President of the
United States?

I know this, Bill - Lyndon Johnson
got $1 billion from his Texas friends,
Brown and Root, to dredge Cam Ranh
Bay for the military in Vietnam.
That's just for openers.
But rather than admit to
a conspiracy or investigate further,
the Commission chose to endorse the
theory put forth by an ambitious
junior counsellor, Arlen Specter.
One of the grossest lies ever forced
on the American people, we've come
to know it as the "magic bullet"
theory.

The Official Legend is created and
the media takes it from there. The
glitter of official lies and the
epic splendor of the thought-numbing
funeral of J.F.K. confuse the eye
and confound the understanding.
Hitler always said "the bigger the
lie, the more people will believe
it."
Huey Long once said. "in the name of anti-fascism" - it will
come in the name of your security -
they call it "National Security," it
will come with the mass media
manipulating a clever concentration
camp of the mind. The super state
will provide you tranquility above
the truth, the super state will make
you believe you are living in the
best of all possible worlds, and in
order to do so will rewrite history
as it sees fit.

George Orwell's Ministry of Truth warned us, "Who
controls the past, controls the
future."

** A Congressional Investigation from 1976 - 1979 found a
"probable conspiracy" in the assassination of John F. Kennedy
and recommended the Justice Department investigate further.
As of 1991, the Justice Department has done nothing

.....if you stop and think about it for a few minutes...this is EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED ON 9/11...after another coup in 2000...the media started spoutin' OSAMA...TALIBAN...and history repeats.

"The ghost of John F. Kennedy
confronts us with the secret murder
at the heart of the American dream.

He forces on us the appalling
questions: Of what is our
Constitution made?

What is our
citizenship, and more, our lives
worth?

What is the future of a
democracy where a President can be
assassinated under conspicuously
suspicious circumstances while the
machinery of legal action scarcely
trembles?

How many political murders,
disguised as heart attacks, cancer,
suicides, airplane and car crashes,
drug overdoses will occur before
they are exposed for what they are?"

I thought that move was awfully bizarre on the Secret Service's part. It's one thing for JFK to not want the "bubble" on top of the car (he was known for wanting to be closer to people as their elected leader), but its quite another for him to not even want the SS on the bumper of the car.

This is highly disturbing.

33. JFK Agents
Most of the SS agents in the follow-up car were hung over from the night before. They'd been out partying at a nightclub owned by a friend of Jack Ruby until past 4 A.M. During that time, JFK was being guarded by two unarmed firemen.

Clint Hill, the agent who actually responded to the shooting and hopped on the back of the limo, was the only exception, to my knowledge. Then again, he wasn't originally scheduled to be on the Dallas trip. He was asked to join at the last minute by Jackie Kennedy, and his official assignment was to protect the First Lady.

FWIW.

There are plenty of crazy, crackpot theories about the Kennedy assassination, the craziest of all being that Lee Harvey Oswald carried it out alone.

They tell everybody what to believe. Yet despite evidence pointing to something contrary most people believe them.

There is no way these dudes with box cutters carried out multiple impossible coincidental miracles on 9/11. Just like there is no way some dude with a bolt action rifle gets off several shots in a few seconds with accuracy. These few shots from far away with a three dollar surplus rifle that has the scope incorrectly aimed.
To top off the rifle accuracy problem with the single bullet theory is just another impossible on another impossible.

Yea, we believe the official story

44. Yes, Dave Emory is still alive. And I listened to his friday show.
It was incredible. It was regarding the JFK assassination of all things. And it included a very interesting call in from a man whom I forget, but who was involved in the Nixon tapes. There is serious question about information regarding the jfk assassination being part of the famously erased section of Nixon tape.

I wish I had photographic memory. But I can't say more than that. Dave has been on this stuff for literally decades. One place that archives his shows is http://www.spitfirelist.com/

Oh yes, he mentioned something I'd never heard before- the "umbrella man". Someone on the grassy knowl who might have been part of the setup.

His show was so phenomenal. His caller completely verified everything he said. Which means little here, except that I am convinced after all I've heard that there was more than a single bullet, and it was more than just some nut who wanted that president dead.

It's too complicated to try and follow. We need people like Dave who have spent years on this.

I tried to find an archive of his Friday show. I just can't. But rarely can I tolerate an entire Emory show. It's too much to handle. But this one was spellbinding.

117. LBJ murdered JFK .....sometimes conspiracies are true....
Dr. Crenshaw a well respected surgeon that was an intern at the time of the murder wrote a book about his first hand knowledge of the time in the E.R.. He concluded the orders came from the highest office in the land with LBJ being involved. His book was confirmed by the disclosure by LBJ's mistress.... and now Prison Planet puts together a detailed article that puts many pieces of the puzzle together and at least to me...answered those questions that I wanted to know for so many years. This case should be reopened and the truth told.

It must be painful to want to be so blind.

You guys never offer any analysis, no counter-debate.

Just one-line, generalized bits of tired propaganda like a recording from an answering machine, or a sound byte loop from Headline News.

Doesn't your mind get stagnant from the unwillingness to even PROCESS new or different information than that that you've been so desperately programmed to believe?

People like you used to upset me.

But now I pity you.

Your make it impossible for your mind or spirit to EVER grow or advance.

You need not offer an answer to my question or reply to this for it was rhetorical.

It just saddens that 44 years later, with all we have learned, that poeple so desperatey want to live a lie.

Back to sleep with you now.

What torture it must be like to live with the desperate fear that you MUST cling to the party line.

61. Connally takes his secrets to the grave
http://bohemian.com/bohemian/06.14.06/david-ray-griffin-0624.html

As a postscript to my interview with David Ray Griffin, I am reminded of a March 30 article by journalist Doug Thompson published on OpEdNews.com. In it, Thompson recalls a 1981 encounter with the late John Connally, the former governor of Texas who was wounded in the Kennedy assassination. In an unguarded moment, Thompson asked Connally, "Do you think Lee Harvey Oswald fired the gun that killed Kennedy?"

"Absolutely not," Connally said. "I do not, for one second, believe the conclusions of the Warren Commission."

"So why not speak out?" Thompson asked.

"I will never speak out publicly about what I believe," Connally replied, "because I love this country and we needed closure at the time."

Now here we are more than 40 years after that devastating perpetration and we have to wonder, how well did "closure" serve us? As we see daily the fruits of self-serving secrecy and unchecked power, it might be time for some disclosure instead.

63. I was pregnant with my second child
when JFK was assassinated. I was working as a temp during the holiday season, and the supervisor came in, white faced, to tell us that our president had been shot. Apparently, in the initial confusion, some reports were that Connally was dead, and Kennedy wounded. A few minutes later, the truth was reported. He sent us all home.

I was working in downtown Houston, and my then husband worked near the medical center. I can't remember whether I called him, or he called me, but I remember walking the sidewalks of downtown Houston, heartbroken, shocked, and afraid. There were so many people on the sidewalks, because almost everybody was leaving work, and going home. I must have arranged with my husband to wait for him outside one of the department stores, because it didn't take long before he pulled up, to take me home.

We picked up our 2 year old at the babysitters, and went home to turn on the t.v. I never returned to my part time job. Things were just too surreal, too painful to accept right away. After years of the ho hum politics of the day, Ike, and Mamie, and their daughter Margaret, Jack and Jackie were like movie stars, young, attractive, and oh, so glamorous.

The nation watched as Jackie got off the plane in D.C., the front of skirt stained with her husband's blood. She looked numb, completely dazed. She left on that trip the First Lady of the United States, and returned a grieving widow. By the time the plane landed, LBJ had been sworn in as president. I remember John-John saluting his father's casket, and Jackie walking behind the funeral cortege with Ted and Bobby Kennedy. We saw a frightened Caroline Kennedy mourning her father, but already with an understanding of her role as a
president's child. She carried herself with more dignity than the two current daughters of a president, and was
a great deal younger.

I think that his death was the beginning of the protests of the sixties. We had had a taste of Camelot, and were not willing to go back to tired old men playing games with everybody else's lives. The nearest thing I've ever seen that came even remotely close to the atmosphere back then was when Clinton was sworn in, an Fleetwood Mac sang "Don't Stop Thinking About Tomorrow". He was not perfect, but I always had the feeling that he at least cared some, and was willing to work grueling hours to take care of his duties.

We saw Jack Ruby shoot Oswald, on national t.v. and were horrified. I knew then, on some level, that he must have been killed to keep him from talking. The same malignancy still infests our politics, the names might change, but the agenda never does. This has become a game played with such high stakes, that I doubt any of us can fully grasp what they are doing.

I'm not trying to sound like a conspiracy nut, but I've seen too many things happen, to believe that every explanation we've been given is the truth. I keep hearing, in my mind, David Kelly's letter to Judith Miller, I believe it was, shortly before he died, of "dark actors, playing games." It is easier to paint us as leftist crazies, than to trace all of the evidence to it's source. Bush the first, and Bush the lesser, both in positions of power when tragic events unfolded. I know that Poppy wasn't president, but he was head of the C.I.A. What games are they playing now?

80. How can we get that fourth video released?
I can't believe Americans don't know how evil their law enforces are. Eisenhower, "the American people have common sense" boy was he wrong. Sometimes I think we should Balkanize the country. Then we can starve the Federal demons to death. I'm sick of paying taxes to the Devil! And the Xistians keep voting for them. I hope they go to Hell for that.

82. What happened to the video of Lyndon's girlfriend?!

Isn't this the thread it was on? When that video started for me it was his girlfriend being interviewed for about one hour. It was riveting!

Where did that link disappear to ~

98. Here's another link
http://www.theforbiddenknowledge.com/hardtruth/bush_killed_jfkjr.htm

This outlines the whole history of the sinister connections of the bush family back to Prescott's involvement with the Nazis.
