With the replugs in power the new motto of the VA every veteran knows Delay and Deny and Hope I Die


This situation can only get worse as shrinking budget projections have caused the VA re-examine all areas of veterans' disability claims.Recent and ongoing reviews have looked at veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) ,those who are unemployable and those who recieve Socail Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). Under the two Republican Chairmens the VA's Army of attorneys stand ready to fight every new claim.

There is a Bill that passed the Senate called Choice of Representation Act 2006. But now under Hastert's attack dog Steve Buyer (R-IN) it will stand undone this year.If the Replugs win the House back in 2006. A fundamental right of all American to have a Lawyer will be denied.Brothers and Sisters of the DU we veterans have kept this Country free and now they just want us to fad away.
