if he's wearing lifts. Basic fashion sense is a matter of personal taste. Ill fitting clothes that suggest a recent weight loss, weight gain or lack of care in dressing would indicate a health problem. When his appearance suggests reasons to be concerned about his physical, mental or emotional health and/or continued drug/alcohol abuse, then concern with his appearance is not shallow.

41. There is something very VERY wrong with him.

His demeanor, his facial expressions, his eyes. Just my opinion, here, but, in addition to being an alcoholic, I think he's heavily medicated and has been for most of his adult life. And he's had a full set of upper dentures, for many years. There is so much atrophy of the gum and bone structures that his upper teeth have become recessed and are visible only when he grimaces. There are drugs that can cause that kind of issue. Barbiturates come to mind, for example. He also may have been born with a cleft lip that was either minor or very well-repaired--or both (see photo below).

It makes me wonder if all of these things, as well as his dyslexia, crossed eyes, facial tics, clumsiness, slurred speech, and the fact that he couldn't father children the normal way, are part of some particular syndrome or condition. And, in that regard, I would add that his sociopathy might also be a symptom. His childhood medical records might be quite revealing.

He looks like crap in these photos. His eyes are bloodshot...glazed over...and those teeth. About 1 year ago, there was a thread speculating about his teeth, somebody thought they were his baby teeth that never grew out...it was one of the funniest threads ever.

And really, these are not the worst photos I've seen of him. There are some recent photos where he looks absolutely WASTED, finished as a 'leader' he radiates terror from every pore of his being.
