Kitty Kelley's The Family? If you have not read it or listened to it, do so. Oh. My. Goodness. That's all I have to say.

I've listened to the last two parts (dealing with Dumbya's race for governor and the president) a few times this week. Since I listen to it rather than have the book, I don't see if any of it is footnoted. I think when I have time, I'm going to take notes and post them here in a journal.

You should check this book out if you haven't already. After what * did to McCain in S.C., * had the nerve to grab McCain by the hands after the debate there and say we have to run better campaigns. McCain was incensed by the hypocrisy.

Even if just half of the "gossip" is true, your jaw will stay on the floor.

strangely enough, i find the bush family a bore. i read 'fortunate son' by hatfield, and it came across again and again - the fix was in, and the bushes overcame absolutely nothing, hell getting into airforce was a piece o cake to both junyer and senyer, becoming wealthy was as hard as losing a million.... the pigmedia guarded their backs every inch of the way. iow it was as dramatic as a barbara bush t party. still, thanks for the heads up; if kelly's book shows up in 3rd hand bookshop, i'll buy on your recommend! :)
