2. I Heard This Over The Weekend...
How it was coming today. I'm sure this is positive news for the economy. I can't wait for the AIRHEADS at cnbcrap to tell us how this is good. I'm sure it is good for Intel stock....just not for the 10K who got Shit Canned.

4. Someone please remind me what we are a leader in?
We used to lead the world in innovation, manufacturing, technology, you name it. Now we are bleeding jobs and creating "McJobs". What is happening to this nation?

That's right, we are selling ourselves to the highest bidder and sealing our own fate.

6. No wonder the repukes decided election talking points on...
security rather than economy!.....HOWEVER, I base how secure I feel on my economic situation more than about anything else! Couldn't the Democratic Party explain security in relation to economics? Think it's time for an alcoholic beverage....it's a bit early but I need to calm down.

7. So, last month supposedly our thriving economy found employment
for 126,000 people (or at least they said 126,000 new jobs were created). Now how the hell can this be?

I know they conniving bastards can't be taking the job losses into account when they come up with these fairy tale figures.

Our ecomony is not growing. It only grows when the people prosper. Certain PARTS of the economy may be doing just fine, but not where it counts, the job numbers.

17. On the plus side, the terrorists we made over there probably have noticed.
It's a funny ol' world. For there's nothing "plus" to any of this whatsoever.

10. Corporate death spiral.
You can call it downsizing, streamlining, but the fact remains that Intel is in a death spiral. I sure wouldn't invest any money with them.

19. Seems that will be the normal course of business. If they
are laying people off via email, they must not be keeping up.

16. Guess how many jobs, with training and training centers, will open up in
India? Or anywhere else, for that matter?

Any politician who says America is losing its status, while supporting this offshoring decimation, should STFU. (that means you, George Allen). Nobody is buying into it anymore. Reality vs words.

Indeed, protectionism is wrong... yet we have Homeland Security. We are told dependence on foreign oil will ruin our economy, but why are we relying on foreign made goods by countries that are holding us by our sensitive parts?!! That's hardly any better!!
