I didn't think it was that bad. It actually made me like Nancy better...there's something to be said for fierce loyalty. And Brolin did a masterful Reagan. It was some of his best work ever.

4. Actually, it was a decent pic, and I love Judy Davis--I thought that

perhaps it was some others, who, IIRC, weren't presented in a flattering light, that might have had it removed from CBS. Al Haig or
Donald Regan maybe?

Always remember, whenever something like this is done, it will most likely cause a reaction from the other side as well. The more fuss is done, the more will probably watch it. The more we write to boycott them, the more Freepers will email ABC, either in support or threatening to boycott them if they don't air and give in to the pressure.

I understand why there is this opposition to this piece of junk.
The maker of this movie quite clearly had political motives. Airing it has financial motives, I believe. Besides the inaccurate aspects of the movie, that should be the thing one should accuse ABC of: Exploiting the emotions of the people about this tragedy only for the ratings by airing propaganda.

6. I loved it...

I saw it on the shelf at blockbuster a few months back. It was really good. They had old Ray-gun down pat.
