Haven't you noticed that most celebrities don't show the faces of their children? They are often photographed holding their children, and just showing them from the back. There are safety considerations for the children. I wonder if these two are acting against advice.

I just resubscribed and it's about the only magazine that I take time to actually read from cover to cover. So many great writers and journalists contribute that it's worth putting up with the celebrity and glam pieces.

Why is Tom hiding the kid in his coat? The photo had to be taken in the summer time.

He looks to me like he is trying to hide a part of the kids head under his coat. He is one controlling guy.

Their existence depends on selling lots of magazines and lots of advertising. Every time I get the latest issue I'm glad for all the pages of ads I have to leaf throgh knowing they are what paid for all the excellent editorial content. I'll take the celebrity fluff since this is what finances a publication that has been consistently critical of Bushco. Oh an also, I'm probably not nearly as embarrassed as I should be to admit to actually reading the fluffy stuff too.

Don't be so judgmental. He's a huge talented star. She's a hot actress. They are all gorgeous. What's the problem. Covers are always chosen to sell magazines and it's the most tasteful venue to show a curious public a private glimpse into these incredibly famous celerities lives. They have done no harm to anyone,on the contrary Tom has tried to do good.Now go live and wish them well.

It publishes some of the most politically valuable articles of any mainstream mag. (Valuable for us Liberals, that is.)

But it's also a glossy publications that covers entertainment. With ads for high-end merchandise--although I can easily conquer the urge to buy a Rolex.
