I tried to vote, but first I took a look at how many had voted for the way I wanted to vote; then I voted; then went back to see if an additional vote was added. It wasn't. This has happened time and time again. Guess that must mean CNN isn't accepting out of country votes? ......which is actually a good thing for obvious reasons.
