Egads, here at the DU Mega-Post Watch Update have been marking the millions tick by and finally we've hit the the 25 marker!

Du has nailed yet another million posts up to the wall, and in just 55 days! This was 4 days shorter than the last million's 59 days.

DUing good DU!

We hit 24 million on July 13th 2006, 23 million on May 15th, and http://journals.democraticunderground.com/FULL_METAL_HAT/107">22 million back on March 24th. (see the links for previous detailed analysis of posts/minute, etc.)

Now when will the next million hit?

For 25 million I had placed my marker on September 11th just for luck, and instead 25 mil came in a little early... This time I'll try again for a lucky date, 55 days hence which just happens to be Halloween!!
