Are they finally going to put Khalid Sheikh Mohammed
on trial now? He is after all the alleged mastermind of the 9/11 plot. I'd like to hear, and I think the American people have the right to hear, what evidence the U.S. Government has against him.

What did the CIA interrogation tactics (not torture by the way--HAH) reveal? That certainly might put many unanswered questions to rest and make us crazy conspiracy theorists go away for good.

1. Have they finished rearranging his memories yet?
He's one of several likely candidates for double-agent status. So is Ramzi Bin al-Shibh, who was also captured in Pakistan.

2. He will never get a real trial. They are cooking up some kind of

military tribunal thing, no doubt because they don't have any evidence that would hold water in a legitimate legal proceeding. It's like the dirty bomb guy, when they held their feet to the fire, the AG folded & they changed all the charges & now the whole thing has gone silent.

3. He will probably have a "fatal heart attack"
before he is ever brought to trial.

4. It's unlikely most of the evidence against him, making
the assumption they have some, wouldn't be admissible. Chain of custody, unavailability of witnesses, self-incrimination, etc.

5. I don't think the CIA want it known where he was between 2001 and 2003.
It would be a bit inconvenient if the US public found out about Pakistani intel's collusion with the alleged 911 mastermind and about the probable CIA/FBI knowledge of that.
