If any neo cons are arrested for war crimes, can we torture them for info?

I'm just sayin', they seem to be paving the way for all future presidents after yesterday's happy torture speech.

I know its a crime to torture people on our own soil, but its cool, cause all you have to do is send them to Gitmo as war criminals, and they can be tortured with impunity and the new easier to understand torture guidebook.

I'll just bet they have lots of handy dandy information to fight the global war on terror, and they don't seem like the type to just give it up without some torture.
