Key terrorism suspects held by the US at the Guantanamo Bay detention centre could go on trial early next year, US military prosecutors have said.

They include 14 suspects previously held at secret CIA prisons, the existence of which was admitted by President George W Bush on Wednesday.

Mr Bush plans to resume military tribunals, which were stopped in June.

Hasn't EVERY SINGLE COURT NOW ruled that the Guantanamo trials CANNOT continue?

Actually, the Courts have ruled that the Gitmo trials must go on. However, they must follow:
1. the laws set by Congress, not pretend laws set by The Smirk
2. the Geneva Conventions

The Smirk has finally caved in to 1., seems unaware of 2.

and that those tribunals were subject to the law

Keeping in mind that the law always stated that Congress was the body of government with the legal authority to authorize such tribunals...Bush never held that authority.

Bush instigated tribunals without the legal authorization of Congress and outside the laws.

Bush broke the law...both federal and international.
