would work better than trying to hurt them at a national level? It seems to me that local businesses would be so much easier to get in touch with, just pick up the phone and explain why you will be unable to patronize them, this could be a big backlash.

4. I have been boycotting them for years

two words - Mark Hymen

Been boycotting our local ABC and Fox28 affiliate for more than two years now. Our entire household...No Super Nanny shows, no wife swapping shows, no local news shows. Nada...zip...they are off the channel list, cannot even ACCIDENTALLY see them.
