Chafee has bigger problems than Cheney to deal with. Namely, losing his job if he allows the Bolton vote to go through. Not that he won't anyway, but still, he thinks he can keep it.

No amount of Cheney arm-twisting is going to change the fact that Chafee currently cares a whole lot more about what his constituents think than what the Bush administration, or anyone else, wants.
