4. OMG -- where did you go????
Their fries are the BEST (real, FRESH potatos) and their burgers are likewise made of fresh ingredients. AND THE BEST PART -- they pay their employees well from what I've heard, and give them all benefits (unlike a lot of other chains).

6. I agree with all of what you said and their milkshakes are to die for
I don't eat meat but they will serve a "grilled cheese" which is just a cheese burger without the burger.

16. They do pay better and give benefits.
The book Fast Food Nation speaks well of them.

Gotta disagree with you about California burger joints, though - Fatburger is absolutely da bomb. ;)

3. What's wrong with all these rich celebrities?
They can well afford a limo or even just a hired driver to get them around town when they are partying. Why do they insist on driving themselves? I mean Mel Gibson could afford a driver and so can Paris.

5. What a tragedy. I blame Bungalow 8
There was news just recently that Paris was DENIED ENTRY to the NYC club, "Bungalow 8" where a private party was occuring in connection with the MTV Video/Music Awards. How could they do that to her?!?! For Paris Hilton, to be turned away at the velvet ropes by some bouncer must have been humiliating and emotionally devastating. This must have led to her DWI.

It's things like this that really bring home to me how this world of ours is founded on nothing more than injustice and cruelty.

Be strong, Paris! You are in our prayers!

10. Estate tax reform to the rescue!
Poor dears like Paris need not drown their sorrows in alcohol because brave GOP pols are on the case to spare them the indignity of parting with a fraction of their much deserved inherited lucre.

Welcome to DU! :hi:

18. I know that, she was denied entry to the nightclub in NYC
within the past week or so -- no one bounces back immediately from that kind of devastation. She's still in trauma from that I think.

13. Aww shit! Now it will be a lot harder for her to find a job.
Especially, if she wants to drive a truck or be a delivery person.
