"Some" reports, right. No POW status for prisoners because we are not at war? We are just at Terror?

I heard a report on radio about the tribunals (don't let accused know what info is used to convict them) and a question along the lines of would it be ok for other countries to do this, response from some Repub person (sorry, wasn't paying attention well) said no.
