I think even more so if the path to 9/11 ia actually shown. Many may disagree, but I think if we end up getting this thing pulled, the repugs will say it was because Democrats had something to hide, they will then insert their own lies as to what was in the docudrama. The repugs have the media machine to spin this in their favor, the spin master Oreally, and rash limpbaugh, yawn insannity etc... The only way I see to beat it IMO, is for the show to air, and for Democrats to address the lies that are told. Perception is reality, if people perceive the Democrats are hiding something by having this show pulled, then that will be their reality. I still think we should boycott disney, and abc, for putting this fictitious docudrama full of lies together in the first place.

5. This is assuming the Dems could get the MSM to cover their comments

exposing the lies after the movie airs. The facts are already out there, and even so 43% of Americans surveyed this month (September 2006), believe that Saddam Hussein was personally involved in 9/11! No doubt Rove would just pre-empt the Dems as he's done before, by pulling out some freaky "Preacher cuts up wife and children and serves them at church BBQ!" story he has prepared for release.

6. as screwed up as this is,

it may be worth it to Democrats to buy air time, to counter the false statements and lies that will be told in this docuganda film. The repugs already have the public believing their lies, and I truly believe if we get the thing pulled, they will be all over it like stink on shit, leaving the Democrats no chance to prove them wrong. The idea of buying air time to counter lies, is sickening, but that may be the only way. The repug media machine is hard to beat, look at all the cheers for falling gas prices, when we all know they are pulling the strings, and controlling the market, just for the mid terms. They control everything, at least it appears that way. They are puppet masters, putting on one hell of a show.
