"Accuracy Aside, ABC's '9/11' Deserves to Bomb": Chicago Sun-Times
Check this out... read the rest at the link, he recites the inaccuracies and really tears the film to shreds:

Accuracy aside, ABC's '9/11' deserves to bomb
September 8, 2006

BY DOUG ELFMAN TELEVISION CRITIC

<snip>

...Controversy could boost viewership, except "Path" is the dullest, worst-shot TV movie since ABC's disastrous "Ten Commandments" remake. It substitutes shaky handheld cameras and dumb dialogue for craftsmanship. It could not be more amateurish or poorly constructed unless someone had forgotten to light the sets...

<snip>

Ground Zero is a sobering soil worthy of facts, not flimsy fiction. The victims of 9/11 deserve 2,996 times more careful and compelling filmmaking than what Nowrasteh, Cunningham and ABC have bored together. They are bearing false witness to the memory of the fallen.

1. No, the film deserves to be destroyed including all negatives and
...digital masters because the intent of this movie by its producers and promoters and sponsors has been to portray historical events in a distorted and even totally made up way and spreading the lies to school children throughout the country.

Even such tripe as this is protected by 1st amendment, imho.
However, that being said, I think that it opens a golden opportunity to shine a million watt spot light on right wing's immorality in as nothing is too low for the lying bastards.

Truth is a funny thing , it has a way of totally destroying a lying jerks like these clowns.

3. Libel IS NOT Protected By The First Admendment
Using the names of real people in made up situations constitutes libel - which IS NOT protected speech.
