World Trade Center Bombing 1993 is Bill Clintons fault

Why is this considered Clinton's fault?

This first bombing was on Feb 26th, 1993. Clinton's first term began January 21, 1993...

Now Clinton is blamed for something that happened 8 months into Bushie's first term, yet I dont remember poppy bush being blamed for WTC 1993.

Another common thing forgotten is Ruby Ridge... also thought to be Clinton's fault. This was all under Bush 1, Randy Weavers wife killed Aug 21, 1992.

Conclusion... If clinton is blamed for something that happened on his watch (one month) then why isnt bush blamed for something on his watch (8mos)?

I think this is important to revisit since it is revised history into common wisdom that clinton is responsible for WTC 1 and 2, and I never hear any commentators on our side bring this out into the mainstream! It pisses me off.

Once blamed Clinton for Ruby Ridge in 1998 or 99. My letter to the editor correcting him and calling him either stupid or a sloppy liar earned the wrath of some wussy white-supremacy group from a town close to Tulsa (their group essentially is waiting for someone else to start a race war so they can jump on the coattails after the major fighting is done).
