How Can It Be That Local News Channel Can't Be Contacted? WTAE Pittsburgh

The ABC affiliate in Pittsburgh is WTAE-TV. I wanted to call them (and will) to voice my displeasure at monday night's special. Imagine my surprise when going to their website and spending a considerable bit of time searching for a phone number to discover that they don't make it available.

Imagine that, a local news channel you can't contact should you spot some important local event that might be newsworthy. How can you have local news and be isolated from the community unless what you have one hell of a large staff (doubtful) or are simply belching up shit you were fed from somewhere else?

5. If it is SInclair owned, you can bet your bottom dollar it has been that

way for awhile now.

We boycotted them when:

Sinclair is the company that pre-empted Nightline's episode that read the names of those killed in Iraq, that planned an hour-long propaganda attack on John Kerry two weeks before the 2004 election, and that continues to air right-wing commentary with no ideological balance.

and they have that idiot Mark Hymen.

No email address on their website either. Phone numbers all go automated voice mail. They are also a sister station with Fox28.

Yeah, I believe it is by design.
