2. He didn't even read the Presidential Daily Briefing that stated
that Bin Laden was about to attack the US.

He went back to fake-clearing-brush.

4. Being a presidential is hard work
that took the first six months of Bush's reign. Then, well, hell, it was Vacay time!

5. THis is the question they want to avoid.
The bush junta, on taking office, immediately embarked on a reversal of almost anything Clinton.
That included policy regarding bin Laden and ME terrorism in general.

This rewriting of history may succeed. On the other hand, maybe, just maybe, this will infuriate the folks who can have a far greater effect circumstances than we--those selfsame people who are too circumspect to directly condemn the B A and who have blanched and gulped at the attempt by Feingold to censure him.

I can see this, perhaps, lighting a fire where it has been desperately needed. Of course, I can probably trace my ancestry back to a certified crazy named Pollyanna.

8. Read 9/11 Commission Report
It indicates that Clinton did far more to prevent terrorism than did Bush. And it also conclusively proves that the claim that OBL was offered to him on a silver platter is nothing but fabricated bushshit.

9. You can bet Clinton wouldn't have been sitting there

like a dear in the headlights, reading a children's book, while the US was under attack.

Bush & the Top Leaders of the US Government AWOL on 9-11. That is called dereliction of duty. Dereliction of duty is a serious crime.

11. Corollary: If Clinton failed, why wasn't it trotted out in 2002/2004?
The failure was the Bu$h Summer of '01. The failure was the Bu$h regime's immediate seizure of 9/11 for political purposes. The failure was in tracking down OBL. The failure was in squandering the world's post-9/11 goodwill. And the most abysmal failure was Bu$h's elective war of aggression against Iraq and the situation that has spawned in the M.E.. The desperate little Mr. Bu$h, and his current rantings and ravings, epitomizes failure.
