Sue ABC for libel and take the 9/11 story to Court!

If they do air this film, I think Clinton, Sandy Berger, and Madeleine Albright should sue ABC and Disney for libel and drag the whole thing into court. That way, we will get a court airing of what really did happen on 9/11.

1. Actually...

given that something like 900 copies have already been circulated, slander has already been committed (it isn't libel, as it is a spoken defamation, not a written defamation).

I would think that if Clinton, Albright, Berger and the Washington Post filed suit, the movie would be pulled immediately.

2. Disney is in such a no-win situation here.

They sure aren't the only ones that could sue - if I were Disney I'd be real concerned about the stockholders on this. Its not like they are really some "happy family" over there.

What a great opening this could turn out to be for rivals to rip them a new one.

Bet they are working double overtime on damage control at their corporate offices right now. And wondering whos gonna get fired over this fiasco.

What a bunch of screw-ups.
