I was expecting that meme because freepers were using on the Yahoo board for the story about Armitage admitting he was the leak.

Was Armitage oipposed to the war? It doesn't make any sense that a PNAC signatory would be opposed to their cornerstone agenda

4. Yes, Dick Armey has been largely opposed to the Iraq war.
Once safely out of contention for power that is.

People out of power or about to retire for good often suddenly develop a need to criticize AIPAC or Israel too, which underlines the door hitting their ass on the way out.

5. what i know about Armitage is that he took the same position as Powell
who i guess contrary to his appearance at the UN was actually not for the war and apparently he and Powell are best Friends.
