1. You're going overboard...

I think you're being way too harsh... here's a sample of just THREE PEOPLE of what you're eliminating by going overboard.. (just television).

If you're going to go this far overboard, then you need to get the ENTIRE CAST and CREW list and pre-screen right down to the lighting and set people.

Actors do a part... and I'll tell you from experience, what you film may bear NO resembelence to the final product after the editors and such get thru with it.

Target the writer - yes.
Target the producer - maybe.. see what else they have done first.
Same for the director - again i say, what was shot may bear little resemblence to what was regurgitated on to the final edit(s).
