Path to 9/11 = Triumph of the will.
As we have seen various similarities between morons* fascism and Hitlers original brand come to pass, we now have one more piece of evidence to make that comparison stick.

What is very interesting about this latest little charade by the ABC networks water carriers for the republicans and morons* little pregame speech is; each time he* now makes a speech in conjunction with 9/11 and everything that has come out regarding it and their continual flow of lies, it points up and emphasizes the glaring similarities between fascist America and fascist Germany.

This latest installment of the republican propaganda machine is nothing more than a modern version of the nazi propaganda film, "triumph of the will".

If you are unfamiliar with that film, basically, it was a film touting the benefits and superiority of nazism and the arian race. Promoting nationalism, fear and the rule of a one party system. Sound familiar?

If, after this little go around on the part of Disney and ABC, you still aren't convinced that we now live under a fascist government, I don't know what will.

1. I disagree
Triumph was a well made film. Sure it was nazi propaganda, but it was groundbreaking.

Maybe if it had been made by a crappy filmmaker like M. Night Shamilan then it would have been a good comparison. *duck*

3. Well, when you think about it...
given the admins* failure at everything it does, is it any surprise that they are also failures at film making?

so in a way, the movie is also a reflection of their ability in general.

2. I had the same thought earlier today and mentioned it to my wife...
It's a purely propagandistic film meant to rally the faithful behind the ficticious Glorious Leadership and to show the differences between the current Nazis and the previous failed leadership.
I'm not the only one struck by the similarities, I guess.
I have watched "Triumph of the Will" by Lenny Reifenstahl(sp?) and can even now visualize the flags and patriotic symbols incorporated in that film
The Party of the Republic learned a lot from them old Nazis.
