8. About 90% of the complaints the FEC gets is from Focus on the Family

or one of the Family offshoot groups.

Most of the FEC works on their complaints.

Hopefully this push from the Charles Sanders site will move the "Family" complaints into second place.

This is blatant and dispicable abuse of our public airwaves and of the LAW.I demand that ABC and Disney be prosecuted for this disgraceful act of violating both the use of airwaves by betraying the trust of the American public with this admittedly untruthful,biased,fabricated drama that cannot even be called a Documentary AND for violating campaign contribution laws;
The day a 5 hour uninterupted "ad" from the Right Wing is allowed to run alongside a Presidential speech on our national airwaves without any consequences is the day Democracy Dies and FASCISM takes over.
I demand this this egregious,unlawful act be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent.

"$40 million for a program that claims in promos to be "the official true story" even though ABC/Disney has been made aware all through the many stages of production that this project is full of bias and lies? There is only one thing you can call this---a campaign ad for the Republican Party, courtesy of ABC and its parent company Disney.

"ABC deserves to be stripped of its license and to have its airwaves given to some more worthy company. Disney should be fined. If not, any network that has been entrusted with the public airwaves can hand out free advertising like this in hopes of getting political favors from the party in power."

1. Why did Bush refuse to investigate the anthrax attacks that occurred on our soil right after 9-11, and why was the White House staff on Cipro a month before the attacks?

2. Why did Jeb Bush declare martial law on 9-07-01, which included placing two surface-to-air missiles on the president's hotel roof?

3. Since Bush recently discussed the interrogation of Zubaydah, why did he fail to mention that Mr. Z fingered a noted Saudi race horse owner who knew the date of the attack in advance, who was one of the hundreds of Saudis whisked out of the country by Bush immediately after 9-11?

broken?

Clinton, Berger, Albright and others were defamed, outright lies were presented as truth, but I don't think any candidate for federal office was endorsed or attacked, and I don't see what the FEC would have to do with this.

By either endorsing or attacking them, I don't see where the FEC can step in.

Claiming that the program was intended to influence the election is certainly a common sense reaction, but it is subjective, and you would probably not be able to prove this before a court of law.

And yes, it was a pack of lies, but they did a little CYA by putting disclaimers up every so often calling it a "dramatization" or whatever legal wordage they used.
