Hopefully, most of America is like my household right now...
Personally, I'm watching the Manning Bowl (and screaming at the tv).

However, during half-time I ventured downstairs and the rest of the family is watching the 9-11 documentary on CBS. They are very conservative people who still think el pretzeldente is doing a good job. So if they don't want to watch "Path to 9-11" I'm betting there's a lot of people out there who are just like them.

1. And what's even better, if people are turned off by the first part,
what are the odds of them watching tomorrow night?

3. I get angry when my team loses...
...and it's hard for me to watch any football the rest of the day, so I haven't really paid attention to the "Manning bowl." I did however happen to turn on CBS, and they were showing the documentary you were talking about (basically 9/11 as seen thru the firemen's eyes). And it got me to wondering -- why the hell would ABC need to "dramatize" that day? The events were surreal enough on their own. It still stuns me, watching it today. I hadn't seen the special on CBS before, so it was an interesting watch, and a lot of footage and interviews I had never seen before.

So why would ABC need to show lies and distortions about 9/11, when 9/11 itself was about as dramatic an event as you'll ever see?

4. Exactly.
They said that they'd rather see the real story with the firemen. Why watch some fictious story when you can see the real thing?
