This just in, Conservatives have revised the wording to the flag burning amendment to include the phrase "while a liberal. . ." In recognition of the historical tradition of burning old flags for disposal, the new amendment will read "Burning a flag, while a liberal will result in a fine of not less than two arms and a leg, and a period of incarceration not less than the time it takes for coal to become a diamond (assuming no intervention by Superman)."
