That follows V for Vendetta but places the US government in parallel to 911
If you haven't' seen it please do.

4. These trailers remind me of the films by the German director Fritz Lang

...from back in the 1920s and early 1930s based on a fictional diabolical character by the name of Dr. Mabuse <pronounced May Booza> The first was a silent film released I believe in 1922 in two parts and is available on DVD in their restored versions <297 minutes> http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0013086/

The second titled The Testament of Dr Mabuse was directed by Fritz Lang in early 1933, but was banned by the Nazis and not shown in Germany until the early 1950s. It too has been restored and is available on DVD.
