I'm curious about "Path to 9/11" tonight...

...because we've heard basically NOTHING about how Junior is portrayed. Much
of the controversy surrounding the mini-series centered about the lies about
Clinton, Albright, Berger, etc.

I don't hear Junior and his thugs complaining, so it will be interesting to
see if the get the "star treatment."

It will be interesting to see how these clowns handle:
--The August 01 PDB that was essentially ignored
--Bush's absence (and failure to return to DC) several hours after the planes hit.
--Intelligence about Middle-Eastern men in flight school, who had no interest landing/taking off
--Clinton warning Junior about terrorism/Bin laden when he left office.
--Bush's lack of response to the bombing of the USS Cole.
--Bin Laden escaping in Tora Bora due to lack of soldiers.

I assume--from the political bent of the producers--that Junior will be given a pass.
However, I'd like to see how they handle these things.

I feel guilty watching this trash, but I want to know how this is handled. My husband has
also informed me that our Tivo/cable connection is not hooked into our phone line. Therefore
the cable company does not know what we Tivo or what we watch. So...our household viewing isn't
helping their ratings.

I also want to see how they portray the bush administration. Since we haven't heard much about it, I assume that it's not that critical of them.

It could castigate them and that wouldn't hurt the Republicans that much. Because the whole point to the 9/11 story is that Bush "learned the lessons" of 9/11. He figured out that this Plan for a New American Century was exactly the right way to deal with terrorism. So it doesn't hurt them the same way it hurts us.

4. I Don't Need To Taste Garbage To Know It's Garbage

Garbage with Hot Fudge Topping, is still GARBAGE beneath the surface. I don't need to spend 2 hours watching it and that CRAP network, to know that.

6. I'm passing tonight. I wasted more time on it last night than I should

have. Regret not seeing the CBS 9/11 show.

I heard Randi say only 8 million watched it. I'll hear about it on AAR on Tuesday.
