Did anyone else notice that on the Path movie they printed USAMA instead of Osama. I have assumed the "O" is the correct beginning. Maybe I'm wrong. If they are wrong, it just proves how really cheaply the movie was done.

or Usama bin-Laden. That was consistent in his book. Maybe it was just a different spelling.

If either are the case and he doesn't get permission, stuff might dry up.

As for the UBL/OBL thing, remember that his name is printed in arabic not latin characters, and that kind of transliteration is an art, not a science.
