I gave ABC every benefit of the doubt...
If you don't think so, read my posts of the last couple of days. I even watched last night's episode of "The Path To 9/11" with as open and unbiased eye as I possibly could. I reported on their snide remarks about Clinton and Lewinsky, etc. I encouraged people to wait and see if they gave George Bush equal treatment in tonight's episode. I'm here to report that they did not. They failed miserably.

From what I have seen thus far, they reported nothing on the first 8 months of the Bush Presidency. It was those 8 months that brought on 9/11, I am convinced. It was the arrogance, the threats, the incompetence, the disregard for human life by George W Bush and this Administration that brought on 9/11. That was the final "Path to 9/11".

Yet, ABC was silent. The most important events leading up to 9/11 were omitted. The deals with the Taliban. The turning of their backs on the Palestinian people as bulldozers razed their homes. The incompetence of not reading the intelligence briefings, such as the August 6th PDB, that was laid on his desk. And the amount of time spent on vacation. "Watch this drive!"

Yes, I gave ABC the benefit of the doubt after watching last night. And they failed miserably in giving the people the truth. Even with the criticisms of last night's episode, they had a chance to redeem themselves. But they did not. It was as most everyone has said - a piece of propaganda. Sadly.

1. Elections are close at hand, Joe lost and scared Rove.
Rove wet his pants and called in ABC. ABC works for the facist bastards, who supposedly have Americas 'best interest' at heart. So far all I've seen Bush do is walk all over 9/11 and America.

At least you tried kentuck! Far more than the other side can say.

Thank you for being objective in your dealings
You're a bigger person that I was and I can respect that. I saw your post and will verify that you did wait and give them a chance.

11. And Enron was chock full o' CIA too but no one mentions THAT
or those darn pipelines across Afganistan anymore. With a Democratic Congress we may be able to locate Kenny Boy in the Cook Islands...or wherever old pals go to retire.

4. This is the longest post I've ever seen you make, and you are
right. I didn't watch it but heard it sucked in so many ways.
Kentuck, I hope you got to watch Olbermann today. He rocked so bad

5. Did the boy king make his appearance...
...to put his stamp of approval on things? :puke:

I've seen your posts kentuck. What you tried to do was admirable. I'm sorry that they let you down. If it's any consolation, I hoped that they would perhaps cancel the clam bake at the last possible minute. I was sad that they did not. But didn't torture myself trying to watch the pos.

and there was a scene basically praising Reagan for how well he handled Afghanistan as opposed to how the current admin (Clinton) was. That' was all I needed to hear. Click!

8. ABC is finished.
They must be completely gutted and crushed with lawsuits.

They are a cancer on this nation, for true.

10. You would think
unfortunately the first amendment will probably save their asses, it works great for big corporations, not so much the individual anymore. Very hard to prove libel/defamation.

14. Technically, they don't own the airwaves. They lease them.
We own the airwaves and we need to make sure that responsible broadcasters hold these licenses. That is why the primary responsibility of a Democratic congress in 2007 will be bring back the fairness doctrine as well as competitive bidding for license renewals.
