Tell me why Bush should not be impeached?

He has lied. He has broken his oath to defend and protect our Constitution. He has taken our troops into an unnecessary war and has decimated our military in many ways. He has destroyed our credibility around the world. He has encouraged torture and secret prisons in foreign countries. He has use fear and war as political weapons. Give me one reason why he should not be impeached...

It didn't matter that Reagan was arguably guilty of treason and sold arms to the Contras in violation of the law. Why?
