1. Don't be phony, George
And don't patronize. People don't like to be patronized like this, it only makes them angry and more determined to defeat you.

6. Now, whatever would give us the idea that he's being 'patronizing'?

4. Just when you think Allen couldn't be any more idiotic, he
raises the bar higher. Wonder where his staffers found those "ethnic" types, and more importantly, wonder how much they were paid to appear...

LOL

8. I went to high school with Allen in Southern California.
Edited on Tue Sep-12-06 12:05 PM by LibDemAlways
The school was all white and heavily republican, and in senior year (not long after the nearby Watts riots), the administrators invited black students to come to our campus for "ethnic understanding day." LOL! Allen must have remembered and thought it was a good way to mend fences. What an ass.

9. That's what I was thinking
What self-respecting person of ANY ethnicity would show up at something like that?!? I don't care HOW much they're getting paid!

Memo to FELIX: They're AMERICANS first, not a campaign-time photo op for your racist screw-ups.
