2. Okay, I will
So I had to get up at an ungoldy hour to get to the Jackson "International" Airport and fly to Atlanta and then to LAX and all that jazz. Got to the hotel and shopped around at the awesome mall in Pasadea.

Then we went to the convention center place where we heard Richard Rohr and Jim Wallis talk for a bit. Then we went back to the hotel because we (my mom and i) were really tired.

The next day, we went to the same place and heard Jim Wallis talk some more. Then we had lunch where I sat with the under 30 group and met a lot of cool (liberal) people. Then we heard Richard Rohr talk some more and we had a 3 hour break

When we came back, we heard Anne Lamont talk (she was really funny and interesting) and then there was a reception and book signing where we got all 3 of them to sign books for us :woohoo: and we met some cool people from colorado.

The next day was a good one, in spite of some bitchy lady telling me my flash was distracting her. I met this uber uber uber x a million cool guy that lives in Pasadena but he's originally from connecticut. He was a big Lamont supporter and said he "personally knew Joe Lieberman" and that he was "just all about Joe and no one else" and that it "didn't surprise him that he was pulling this running as an Independent crap". Also, he wrote the first year of Law and Order SVU and currently writes for NCIS or something

That was basically it. I'm glad my mom dragged me along to go with her.

5. Where in Pasadena was this?
I'm bummed that I missed this, it would have been interesting.

Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed my hometown!

6. The Convention Center/Auditorium
The weather there is AMAZING. I couldn't get enough of it. But I had to return to the hot, steamy, humid south... :(
