We are just foolish, temporary creatures who believe we know everything.

when Mother Earth knows we know next to nothing, she doesn't hold a grudge.

She just does what she has to do.

We, unfortunately, have to live with fools.

We are only human.

Mother Earth knows the balance that has to be.

Mother Earth is not crying, and neither should we.

The darkness that is coming upon this world will not last.

No vengeance. No questions why.

The darkness will not last.

Mother Earth loves Democrats.

The dawn will come. The sun will shine.

It also has a benefit of dovetailing nicely with my optimism about the upcoming election. I don't know about the Mother Earth part, but it's a nice metaphorical device, if you meant it that way. If not, I still like it.

What's happening is below the radar. Polls aren't measuring the anger and the disappointment that the electorate has for these idiots. All the dirty tricks are not going to work. Things are moving *only* in one direction. Heck, I don't see a single Democratic Party held Congressional seat in serious jeopardy. There are a couple of close ones, but not even one is in bad trouble.

I see a big sweep in November with both the Senate and House going to the Democratic Party for January. In the House, it won't even be close. ChimpCo is in very serious trouble. He's lost all credibility.
