I say that Bush is the child

OK, let's assume for a second that Bush has good intentions, but he is like a small child that many of us remember or know, he/she wants to clean up or help with the chores, but they end up making a bigger mess instead.

If Bush has good intentions, then he is that child, and it is our duty to clean up the global mess that he has made.
