something she said last week about the Malloy debacle about somene (name forgot) with 'many years in the radio business' said this was a dumb idea (canning Malloy).

Wonder if Randi (and the someone) will end up being part of the 'new' management team.

As was stated in the article, Big Eddy and "Momma" Steph are part of the Jones network and will not be affected. That leaves Randi and Sam to comment, at least in my market.

7. Hartmann is explaining his own situation - he owns his show,

and controls the syndication of it. Explains that he was a part of "IEAmerica", which was sponsored by the UAW. Hosts of that network included Peter Werbe, Nancy Skinner, and Malloy. IE broke up upon the launch of Air America which led to Thom's arrangement with AA. Says that we shouldn't get too worked up over it...restructuring happens all time. American Airlines has been in that position for years. Talked about the JOnes Network - they're not affected at all by AA's problems.
