My 8 yo Daughter Initiated a Petition Drive for Recycling in the Cafeteria
I'm a proud mother and thought it's nice to share a positive story. My eight year old daughter circulated a petition during lunch hour at her school in attempts to get recycling bins in her cafeteria. When I picked her up after school that day, she asked if I would wait as she wanted to talk to one of the teachers about recycling bins. My 10 year old told me she went around and approached other kids to sign on to the idea. How cute is that?
