A Question on Emboldening Terrorists

If a man is ready to strap a bomb to his back and blow up another human being, knowing full well that he will die a gruesome and horrific death in the process, is it really possible for anyone thousands of miles away to say or do anything to embolden him further?

This administration must either take us for idiots...or are idiots themselves. Sadly, it's really hard to tell which.

"embolden" ANYONE? When I look at cause and effect I see the blatant exploitation, invasion and occupation of other nations as a primary CAUSE of any "emboldening"
