10. It was crazy here in Bethesda/ChCh. Some voted electronically...

others had to use paper and still others had to use Spanish language ballots even though they don't speak Spanish.

are in place for the paper ballots? I'm really curious, since it wasn't really expected. Are there many people to sign up to monitor the counting?
