Air Force chief: Test weapons on testy U.S. mobs
POSTED: 7:56 p.m. EDT, September 12, 2006

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Nonlethal weapons such as high-power microwave devices should be used on American citizens in crowd-control situations before being used on the battlefield, the Air Force secretary said Tuesday.

The object is basically public relations. Domestic use would make it easier to avoid questions from others about possible safety considerations, said Secretary Michael Wynne.

"If we're not willing to use it here against our fellow citizens, then we should not be willing to use it in a wartime situation," said Wynne. "(Because) if I hit somebody with a nonlethal weapon and they claim that it injured them in a way that was not intended, I think that I would be vilified in the world press."
(He's not afraid about bad press now?)

What a bunch of cold and calculating sons of bitches.

I'm damn sure that his comments appalled more than a few military guys, who are sworn to protect with their lives the self-same American citzens that this Stranglove wants to experiment on.

bush's base. The more offended they get the happier I am. Let these "weapons" get tested on these generals first, I say.

5. As I pointed out before
I see no big deal about this. If the non-lethal weapons used for peacekeeping crowd control aren't safe enough for this country than they shouldn't be used experimentally in foreign operation. Sounds like a person that's learned some lessons from Iraq.

14. I see a lot of problems with it
Who's to say when, where and how these weapons will used?

I'm positive that a contrived situation, instigated by authorities would occur to make an excuse for using them.

What happens if people are permanently injured by these weapons, who would be liable?

Military forces are not trained for crowd control. that's a police function and implementation on the battlefield would be completely different and not necessarily indicative of the weapons' effectiveness.

His mail concern is not about the safety of the troops, or whatever situation that could occur putting troops in harm's way, his main concern is publicity.

Obviously, a massive outpouring of civilians against US troops would represent a failure of US policy in the situation. His solution would be to punish outraged crowds in their own country versus dealing with their grievances.

US troops are sworn to protect American citizens, not shoot them.

20. Give us some specific examples, there have been lots of protests
Would you use them against Cindy Sheehan at Camp Casey?
How about Camp Democracy in D.C. right now?
How about the unruly crowds trying to vote in 2004?
There have been lots of unruly crowds in the past six years,
give us some specific examples where you think it would be ok.
I can't think of any.

22. As far as having Amis experience
how safe these weapons ARE NOT, I agree. Amis have NOT experienced having bombs dropped on their heads DAILY and tend to ignore the plight of those who are being targetted by their bloated military budget...

6. But think of the cost savings.
Paying volunteers to be microwaved, tasered, glue-gunned, vomit-gassed or beanbagged would be hideously expensive (you'd have to pay me serious money to put my life at risk like that), but protesters 'volunteer' for free. This has a direct bottom-line impact for both the military and the manufacturer of these 'non-lethal' weapons. And what's good for shareholders and taxpayers is good for Amerika. Hallelujah!

Besides, half the fun of having such weapons is actually using them. That's the drawback with guns: because of damned faggot liberals, the circumstances under which you can pull one out and start spraying a crowd with bullets are quite limited. Not so with 'non-lethal' stuff. You can have whole streets-full of people writhing on the ground, vomiting and clawing their eyes out, and nobody that matters is going to mind a bit. Ain't we got fun!?!

Why do you hate (corporate) America?

What if we suggested that all member of the government were to be subject to experimental blasts of microwaves?
They would lock us up real fast.

Insane US Experimental Bomb Test, in Attempt to Change Jet Stream, Suggests Time May Be Near For Invasion and Occupation of North American Continent

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to the Russian Academy of Sciences

Evidence is mounting against the United States today that is showing that this weekend’s past atmospheric explosion in the Northwest Region of the North American Continent was due to their exploding one of their most dreaded and secretive weapons know as the HPM, or High Power Microwave, Bomb.

About this weapon we can read from this news report by the American Newspaper NY Post in their article titled, “Microwave Bomb our Secret Weapon”, and which says about this bomb, "The Pentagon says its latest deadly gadget - a precision-guided lightning bolt of microwave power - would be its most important weapon in a war with Iraq. The high-power microwave, a k a HPM, has been under development for years in the black-operations programs at the National Laboratories and the Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico."

This event was not able to be kept a secret from the citizens of the United States because of the spectacular nature of this bombs exploding in the earths atmosphere. Instead of the true facts about this bomb the United States Military authorities have instead once again lied to their people and said that this event was caused by a meteor. Not just any meteor but one that could explode in the atmosphere, cause an earthquake and cause ‘unexplained’ power outages, and as we can read in this report by the American Newspaper Seattle PI in their article titled "A meteor, an outage, a quake, all in a night", and which says;

"Washington residents who looked up at the sky Saturday night saw a great ball of fire ignite the sky. When they went back inside their homes, some of them found only darkness -- and no power. Seattle utilities officials said it was just a coincidence. Meanwhile, a 3.3-magnitude quake occurred about 15 miles north of Olympia before 8 p.m. Saturday, seismologists said. Some Olympia residents suspected a connection to the fireball."

16. Tin-foil hat material
The Jet Stream is just the fastest river of air that moves on its own according to the temperture and moisture differentals between airmasses. It cannot move by any human-made devise. The issues of scale are even bigger than any discussion of doing weather modification on hurricanes.

19. This is such a terrific idea!
I say we use it on the homeless for starters, then move on to anyone living at the poverty level. We could test it on anyone with a terminal illness, then just start targeting certain communities. Bring it on!

Heckuva job, that Secretary Wynne. He ought to get a medal for his humanity.
