then why doesnt he direct a few billion to Christin Children's fund - one of the oldest charities that has actually helped people and may have even resulted in a decrease terrorism in africa?

I saw a list of the orgs getting the cash a while ago, all of them seemed to be doing not very much in the way of actually helping people..

They would actually spend the money to HELP the
