Was there a House vote on body armor (like Macaca Allen in Senate)?

Was there a House vote on body armor (like Macaca Allen in Senate)?
I saw the terrific ad from votevets.org about "Macaca" Allen voting against modern body armor for soldiers in Iraq. It mentions a Senate resolution in there.

Was there a corresponding House resolution? I'm asking because I thought it would be effective if it ran in CT and any of our House Republics voted against it as well.

1. I don't think so, it was an amendment from Mary Landrieu

2. And Allen voted against the amendment but for
the main bill. (The amendment was for the body armor, etc...)
