Laura Bush aiding Clinton conference
WASHINGTON — Another member of the Bush family is getting cozy with former President Clinton.

First lady Laura Bush joins the former president as a keynote speaker opening his three-day Clinton Global Initiative in New York next week.

Clinton has famously formed a close friendship with the current president's dad. Clinton has been a repeat guest at the Kennebunkport, Maine, home of George H.W. Bush and his wife, Barbara.

Clinton also sparked curiosity when he was spotted at the White House last month. It turns out that he and the current president were having lunch, something White House aides said they do occasionally.

Now, aware of Laura Bush's involvement in issues that his foundation addresses, Clinton called several months ago to solicit her participation in the conference, said Anita McBride, her chief of staff.

6. He is a member of the family
Former President Bill Clinton discussed his relationship with President Bush's father last night on CBS LATE SHOW.

Clinton: "I think we're good friends. I like him very much. I've always liked him. When he was vice president, I was still a governor. We worked together on a number of things. He hosted the governors, in 1983...at Kennebunkport."

When they made an announcement about raising funds for Tsunami relief in Houston former First Lady Barbara Bush "announced us. And she said she has started to call me son. I told the Republicans there, I said don't worry, every family has one, you know, the black sheep. I told them, this just shows you the lengths the Bushes would go to get another president in the family. I wish I could get them to adopt Hillary."

which many of us felt that a legal actions would be forthcoming.

So far...no legal action, but it may be the lawyers are gathering evidence to see if there's enough to make a good case.

I don't know why he's falling all over the Bushies. Some have felt he was Poppy's way of getting at his evil spawn.

If he doesn't file a law suit with the DNC after all the petitions we signed...then I think I will forget about Bill.

4. this is how they "do it", folks..
It's infiltration at its very best..

MONEY talks..and it talks LOUDLY..

The same people who tortured BC for a decade, are now "playing nicey-nice" with him and giving him money and support, and because he apparently needs it , he goes along.. and the side effect, is that he must bury the anger at how they treated him and give in to the Stockholm syndrome...

They have bought his silence

Politics makes strange bedfellows..:(
